Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Free Public Yoga Services
Bharatiya Yog Sansthan operates on a non-commercial, voluntary basis. Daily morning yoga classes and regular awareness assemblies organized across our centers in India and abroad are conducted free of cost for the welfare of society.
2. Residential Camps & Special Seminars
For special residential yoga shivirs, teacher training camps, or national conventions where boarding/lodging fees or registration charges apply, cancellation requests submitted at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the camp are eligible for processing, subject to nominal administrative deductions.
3. Publications and Literature Orders
If you order publications, books, or audio-visual materials and receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement or refund will be initiated following verification.
4. Donations & Voluntary Contributions
Voluntary contributions and donations made to Bharatiya Yog Sansthan for humanitarian welfare and propagation of yoga are non-refundable once the donation receipt is issued.
